1. The service

Lotvox provides real-estate market information — analytics, scores, valuations, reports, and videos — compiled from public records and licensed data sources. The service is informational and educational.

2. Not advice

Nothing on Lotvox is investment advice, financial advice, real-estate brokerage, an appraisal, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or rent any property. Scores and estimates are model outputs with inherent uncertainty. Verify independently and consult licensed professionals before making decisions.

3. Data accuracy

We work to keep data current and label its provenance, but public-record and market feeds contain errors and lags. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Fair housing

Lotvox describes markets and properties, not people. You may not use the service to discriminate against any person or to steer based on protected characteristics under the Fair Housing Act or applicable law.

5. Accounts & subscriptions

Paid tiers are billed through Stripe under the pricing shown at purchase. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (scraping, rate-limit evasion, resale of data without permission).

6. Embedded video

Pages may embed videos via the YouTube player. Your use of embedded players is additionally governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lotvox and BuildersLens are not liable for decisions made in reliance on the service or for indirect or consequential damages.
