What Lotvox is

Lotvox (lotvox.com) is a real-estate market-intelligence service. We publish market analytics — prices, valuations, affordability, supply, and amenity data — built from public records and licensed data sources.

Data we collect from you

• Account data — if you create an account: your email address and subscription tier. Authentication is handled by Supabase; payments are handled by Stripe. We never store your card details.
• Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) used for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and service health. Anonymous address-lookup counts are kept per IP for at most one day to enforce daily free-lookup limits.
• Email signups — if you subscribe to market alerts, we store the email address you provide, only to send those alerts.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use advertising trackers.

YouTube API Services

Lotvox uses YouTube API Services to manage and embed the video content shown on our market pages (for example, the ZIP Code Show episodes). Pages with embedded videos load the YouTube player, and your use of it is governed by Google's terms. By using pages with embedded YouTube content you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data in the player is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Our own use of the YouTube API is limited to publishing and organizing our channel's videos and resolving which video belongs on which page. We do not access, collect, or store any YouTube user data about you (no watch history, no YouTube account data). We store no API-derived data about visitors; the only YouTube-related data we keep is our own catalog of video IDs for our own channel.

Data retention & deletion

Account and alert-subscription data are kept while your account or subscription is active. To delete your account data or unsubscribe from alerts, email [email protected] and we will delete your stored personal data within 30 days. Server logs rotate automatically. You can also clear any locally stored data by clearing your browser's site data for lotvox.com; embedded-player data held by Google can be managed through your Google security settings.

Property & market data

The market statistics on Lotvox describe places and properties, not people. They are compiled from public county records and licensed market feeds. Lotvox presents this data in line with fair-housing principles: we rank markets, never people.
